• Engaging educators as the cornerstone of thriving schools. Leveraging our tailored approach of staff surveys, team-building initiatives, and trust-building exercises we to seek to improve educator engagement;
cultivating a school culture where every teacher feels valued, heard, and empowered.
• Helping schools activate and engage their alumni community, turning memories into meaningful contributions that drive school growth and learner success. The school’s alumni are more than just past students – they are a powerful network of experience, influence, and potential.
• Acquired the rights to the heather.org.za domain and launched new staff wide email identities, Launched a
comprehensive informational website and kept it updated through the year. Catalogued and digitized school
archive records in respect of noteworthy accomplishments of learners. Advanced the digital agenda of the
school, with a refreshed digital identity and social media presence enjoying over 400% growth in engagement
compared to the prior year
• Organized and managed the inaugural Heather Secondary CareerFest focusing on university career paths
identified by the leaners and making available a R10 000 university application fund for the school. Invited
alumni from the various domains to engage with parents and learners. Organized and managed the Heather
Secondary CareerFest 2.0 focusing on vocational career paths with alumni and community support
• Launched the inaugural Heather Chronicles newsletter outlining the successes of Heather Secondary and its
learners with distribution exceeding 3000 recipients
• Activated interest from the school’s alumni with growing levels of engagement with over 300 alumni opting in

• Made available R200 000 in fee bursaries to deserving scholars and university students from historicallydisadvantaged backgrounds, donated over R600 000 in goods and services to schools and communities inneed
